Louth AC was well represented at Grantham Half Marathon on 13th March 2016 with Fiona Lawrie winning her age category and Lisa Harkess, Debbie Simpson and Fiona Lawrie getting third ladies team place.
The Lincolnshire County XC Championships was held on Sunday 10th January 2015 at Biscathorpe and was a great success. The new venue was kindly hosted on private land, by the Wallis family.
Fun, mud and sweat was the order of the day, with some impressive results throughout all age and gender categories. A very challenging course with some river crossings, steep undulations and log jumps to name just a few of the challenges for the runners. The beautiful setting made for a great event and one which will be remembered fondly. A huge thank you has to go to all the organisers and mashalls for the smooth running of this event. Lots of photos were kindly taken on the day. If you would like to view them, many have been kindly shared on our facebook page.
