Tuesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 pm at at London Road Grounds, Track Events Coaching
Wednesdays, 6:00 to 7:00 pm at London Road Grounds, Field Events Coaching (speak to Karen or Brian)
Thursdays, 6:30 to 7:30 pm at London Road Grounds, Track Events Coaching

Meet Tuesdays, 6:30 pm at London Road Grounds

Winter Training Times for our younger athletes (children from the age of 8 years and above welcome):

Tuesdays, 6:15 to 7:15 pm at Cordeaux Sportshall (term time only)
Wednesday 7pm Grimsby Track (Anyone interested please see Brian or Karen)
